Made to order
Every Spinach The Cow item is printed for you individually after you order. Nothing is held in stock, and a printed garment cannot be resold.
For that reason we accept returns for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items only. We are not able to accept returns for change of mind, or where the wrong size or color was ordered. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us at returns@spinachcreations.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
Photos are required. They are how your replacement gets approved, and we cannot process a claim without them.
Once we have reviewed it, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we hold no stock to exchange from. If you need a different size or design, the fastest route is a refund or replacement as above, and then a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your claim and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
